We are currently looking for Engineering Manager to our office in Dallas, United State. As a Engineering Manager you will be responsible for overseeing all technical aspects and technological resources of Cubic Inc to drive organizational growth.

Tasks and responsibilities

• • Execute overarching strategic objectives for Cubic Inc as it pertains to the Core Engineering Operations
• Create operations program roadmap and ensure scope, schedule, and budget are established
• Define project deliverables, milestones, and required tasks for the Engineering Team
• Forecast staffing, workload and performance results to meet business demands
• Support onshore and offshore in SAP and contribute with training
• Monitor key performance metrics across all the sub-units in the Engineering team
• Protect sensitive internal and external client information

Education and experience

• Relevant master degree or trade certificate. Relevant experience can compensate for lack of formal education.
• 5-10 years experience – with maintenance of offshore installations

About you

• High knowledge within Operation of offshore installations
• Very good knowledge of maintenance planning and execution processes
• Good computer skills and high SAP skills in maintenance and material module
• Good communications skills in French and English
• Knowledge of relevant authority regulations
• Analytical
• Team player, strong work ethic and internal drive to succeed
